Hi, I’m Nicole—Princeton grad, Academic Life & Learning Consultant, and leadership development coach for high-achieving teens.

At the Merit Money Method, we don’t just help students fill a résumé—we build young adult leaders. Our program of leadership formation takes ambitious, hard-working students and gives them the mentorship, strategy, and structure to develop the initiative, vision, and presence that top-tier colleges look for.

When parents ask, “What extracurriculars should my child do?” we ask instead: “What kind of leader is your child destined to be?”

Over the last decade, I’ve partnered with social impact organizations, universities, and nonprofits to deliver programs that merge academic excellence, emotional well-being, and leadership development. I’ve led student organizations of 300+, mobilized peers to create systemic change, taught in international classrooms, and built a multi–six-figure consulting agency straight out of college.

Our students leave high school not just with top acceptances, but with the initiative to take charge, the vision to see what’s possible, and the ability to inspire others to follow their lead—whether in the boardroom, lab, courtroom, or on the stage.
